It was sustaining any progress without burning out. Tired of living in extremes, Andriana decided to embrace a better way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLooking back now, I realize I wasn\u2019t just trying to lose weight,\u201d she said. \u201cI was trying to find control over my body, food, and emotions, without understanding how any of it worked.
