About: Kendell Graham is a 25-year-old software engineer living in California. He’s the type of guy that helps his girlfriend throw birthday parties for their dogs, is a solid gamer, and is working to progress in his new hobby of bouldering. He’s also the winner of our first-ever 100-day transformation challenge.

Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The contest is open to legal residents and citizens of the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, where such participation is not otherwise prohibited by state or local laws
- Participants must be age 18 and older at the time of contest registration.
- Participants must use the MacroFactor application for the duration of the contest, or log their weight and nutrition using the alternate process outlined in Section 9.
- Employees of MacroFactor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must register by filling out a Google Form, including “before” photographs pursuant to the Google Form instructions, between January 1st and January 10th, 2025.
- Once registered, participants will submit a final Google Form, including “after” photographs pursuant to the Google Form instructions, within one week of the challenge ending (11:59pm local time on April 27th) to show their results. This final form will also include questions asking participants about their experiences and journey during the contest, including but not limited to:
- Photos documenting their transformation during the challenge;
- A brief description of difficulties faced or successes achieved during the challenge; and
- Asking participants to attach a spreadsheet (which is automatically generated by MacroFactor) of their weight and nutrition data for the duration of the contest.
- Entries must be received by 11:59 PM local time of April 27th, 2025 to be eligible for a contest prize
- Limit one entry per participant.
- In addition to evaluation purposes to determine the winner(s) of the contest, by submitting an entry, participants grant MacroFactor a royalty-free license to use submitted content for promotional purposes
3. Minimum Requirements
- To remain eligible, participants must use the MacroFactor application or equivalent process as outlined in Section 9 to:
- Log their nutrition on at least 70% of the days during the contest period.
- Log their weight at least once per week during the contest period.
- Only maintain a healthy rate of weight change, which is established as a maximum of 1.5% of bodyweight or 2 lbs./week (whichever is higher) on average during the contest period.
- To collect a prize, participants must:
- Save the original photos (physically or digitally) submitted under this contest and provide such photos to MacroFactor upon request for authentication purposes.
- Claim the prize by responding to MacroFactor’s contest winner notification email no later than 72 hours after the notification is sent, which shall be sent between April 27th and May 26th from [email protected]. If a participant does not claim the prize within 72 hours of the notification being sent, MacroFactor will select another participant to award the prize to, pursuant to these terms.
- Not publicly share that the participant is a winner until the official announcement is made by MacroFactor on May 26, 2025.
4. Winner Selection and Prizes
- The 100 winners will be selected and announced on May 26, 2025, based on the following criteria as decided solely by MacroFactor’s contest panel which will include one independent judge:
- The impressiveness of the participant’s physical transformation.
- The quality/thoughtfulness of the participant’s responses to the questions MacroFactor asks as part of the final form submission.
- How frequently and consistently the participant logged their food and weight in the MacroFactor application, or using the alternate process outlined in Section 9.
- Participant’s consistent use of weekly check-ins within the MacroFactor app, if not using the alternate process outlined in Section 9.
- 100 contest winners will receive a one-time cash prize of $500 USD to be paid via PayPal transaction or VISA gift card, subject to any required tax withholdings.
- Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of selection. Prizes unclaimed after 3 days will be forfeited.
- Also by May 26th, 2025, one grand prize winner will be selected from all entries received during the contest period. The grand prize is a one-time cash prize of $50,000 to be paid via PayPal or wire transfer, subject to any required tax withholdings.
- The grand prize winner must:
- have retained the original versions of their “before” and “after” photographs until time of prize award;
- submit additional proof that the photos submitted were not edited or manipulated in any way by sharing photo metadata;
- consent to an additional interview conducted by MacroFactor or its representative; and
- submit additional information to verify their identity and for MacroFactor to send them all necessary tax forms.
- A list of all contest winners will be available on the MacroFactor website, within the MacroFactor application, and on MacroFactor’s social media platforms for a period no less than thirty (30) days after all winners are announced.
5. General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and MacroFactor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
- By submitting information under this contest, participants acknowledge and consent to the collection of data, including personal data, by MacroFactor. If a participant wishes to withdraw such consent, contact MacroFactor at [email protected].
- The collection and use of personal information obtained by MacroFactor during this contest will be pursuant to, and governed by, MacroFactor’s Privacy Policy.
- MacroFactor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant for violation of these rules or attempted tampering with the entry process.
- MacroFactor is not responsible for technical failures or lost/delayed/corrupted entries.
- It is the obligation of the winning participants to report any prizes won as a result of the contest. Other than the grand prize winner, MacroFactor disclaims all liability for submitted tax related documentation.
- Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
6. Liability Waiver for Health/Exercise Activities
- In addition to these terms, each participant’s participation in this contest is subject to MacroFactor’s Health Disclaimer, which is hereby incorporated into these terms.
- Participants acknowledge that engaging in health and exercise activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury or death.
- By entering the contest, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with their health and exercise activities related to this contest.
- Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MacroFactor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the contest or related activities.
- Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to engage in any activities related to this contest. MacroFactor recommends consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
7. Use of Submitted Photos/Information for Marketing
- By entering the contest, participants grant MacroFactor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and create derivative works of:
- The winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, statements, hometown, and biographical information; and
- Any images, videos, or other content submitted by the winner as part of their contest entry; and
- This grant of rights includes, but is not limited to, use on MacroFactor’s website, social media channels, advertising materials, and other marketing purposes without further compensation, permission, or notification to the winner, except where prohibited by law.
- Winners release and hold harmless MacroFactor from any claims arising from use of their name, likeness, or other information as permitted herein.
- MacroFactor is not obligated to use any submitted materials and may discontinue use at any time without notice or compensation.
- The rights granted herein shall survive termination or expiration of the contest.
8. Social Media Sharing Guidelines
- In addition to, and not in substitution of, entering into the contest, participants may share their entries on social media using the hashtag #macrofactorchallenge.
- All shared content must comply with the respective social media platform’s community guidelines and terms of service.
- Shared entries must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.
- Participants should tag MacroFactor’s official social media accounts when sharing entries.
- MacroFactor reserves the right to remove or request removal of any shared content that violates these guidelines.
9. No Purchase Necessary for Participation.
If a participant wishes to enter the contest without purchasing a MacroFactor subscription, the participant will need to: (i) keep a detailed, hand-written food and weight journal, (ii) print physical before-and-after photos to document their physical transformation, (iii) write out responses to the questions about their experiences and journey, and (iv) mail them to:
